Interview
Received an email for an initial phone conversation. Connected with the recruiter on the role and specifications and expectations. Was then told that I would hear about next steps. It took a couple of weeks before I heard back to then interview with a hiring manager. The interview process for that was a little longer with multiple leaders on separate occasions.

Behavioral based questions. Really areas that I’ve worked with in the past for customer service.
My interview process was very quick and straight to the point. I didn't get the job or further explanation as to why. Although I had a lot of experience and I believed the interview went well.
