      Flight Attendant Interview

      2 Nov 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Orlando, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2016

      Interview

Depending on when you apply, the whole process can take just days, or it can take months. In my case, I applied on October 2, 2016 and got an email a few days later to take a questionnaire, then a couple of days after that I received an email to submit a video interview where you are given a few questions and only a few seconds before you have to respond. I thought I did terribly, however on October 14, I received an email inviting me to the face to face interview, or as they call it, Blue Review. I had my Blue Review on October 19 in Orlando along with about 50-60 other people. Once we were all gathered to enter the main presentation room, we find a seat and they begin explaining how the day will go. After a small break, we re-enter the room and we do a group activity which you have to present with your group. This is your time to stand out because all of the attention will be on you and you have the opportunity to make your impression. I found that humor helps, as all of the HR and recruitment team members are quite funny. Following this segment, they gave us another break where we exit the presentation room and from there, we divide into several tasks, some people do their one on one interview with a recruiter, while others get their fingerprints taken, do a height test, do their debrief with an HR professional, Language assessment, or PA announcement. After you have completed all of that, you are free to go and they will email you within 2 weeks. I heard back on October 25, offering me a position in the January training program, however that is contingent on passing the background check and drug and alcohol test. I just sent out my drug and alcohol test and sent out my background check a few days ago and everything should go smoothly from there, but it is not until then that I will receive the official email invitation to training. I hope this gives you valuable insight to the interview process. I am beyond excited to start training and hope to see you in the future!

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025

      Interview

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th. I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are. No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
