The entire process consists of the application, online questionnaire, video interview, Blue Review. The Blue Review is a group session where you get more details on the job, do group activities and then two individual interviews. The Entire process you interact with current employees and each gets to weigh in on their impression of you and if they believe you will be a good fit.

Describe a time when you had to deal with a sudden policy change and how did you handle it?
I had an interview direct with the manager of the department and it was really good, Learned a lot about the airline industry and I know I did not do well, but it was a great learning process for me.
Very easy process. I applied online and two days later I received an interview invite. Now I’m super excited for this opportunity. I’ll have to relocate for this position. This will be a new journey for me
Virtual interview with primarily technical questions. Met with representatives from engineering and HR. Discussed technical experience, contributions to process improvements, and familiarity with certain airframes. Overall positive experience despite not securing an offer.
