No interview. Over the phone hire n straight to the rig. My previous employer had gotten undercut and outbid by Jet leaving me without work. I still had a job but didn't have a rig to work on. Jer contacted me to go work for them promising great pay, life/work balance, new equipment, and opportunities to quickly move up. NONE of which were true. They just needed my know how of the rigging up process and details of what goes where. I was basically used.
