I had a really positive interview experience with Jerry. The process was well structured, with recruiters checking in regularly and interviewers who were both professional and kind. They made it a point to prioritize the candidate’s questions and interests, which was great. It was one of the most well-run processes I’ve seen. In particular, the recruiter (Alana) took the time to build a personal relationship with candidates, which reflects the company’s values and culture.

Biggest accomplishment, what are you looking for, a couple case interviews
I had interviews with 3 people - interview with recruiter, team member, and head of team. 24 hour case interview too. All steps of the process had some version of a case. Some behavioral stuff, but the process was more about the cases.
