Two interviews. First went well, second felt like there was already a decision not to hire me before it even started. Didn’t hear back for weeks before I heard they decided to pass on me. Pay wasn’t going to be great considering I had more education than necessary for the role.
Very hard , I was not able to answer many of the questions . Very nice company though, would try again and prepare better answers so I make a better impression
