The interview was very easy. I was asked very generic questions, and it was pretty casual. She was very much rushed, and didn't care too much about the actual answer, just wanted it short and sweet. We talked about availability, general responsibilities, and when I could start.

Very brief, mainly based on your personality and customer service skills. Fast paced environment and they ask about your history working in that type of a setting and working with multiple employees at a time.
