1st step: Good Human Ressources interview: smart and polite person, dedicated along time for this interview 2nd step: Good hiring manager + VP interviews, dedicated along time for 3rd steps: HR + supply chain colleagues

I was contacted by the recruiter, who held an extremely casual 10 min conversation with me and then told me that he would pass my CV on to the hiring manager and "see what happens". They scheduled a screening interview with the hiring manager, which went well. I was then scheduled to interview with several people in the company via Webex (Covid) over a period of about a week. Some of the ex-US interviews were held during a US holiday. There was some confusion regarding which position I was interviewing for, since there were a few openings in the group. It seemed that the interviews went well so I was surprised when the company "ghosted" me, not even sending the automated "thanks but no thanks" rejection email that is common in industry. The position was reposted about 3 weeks later.
