Interview
We agreed to a "Zoom" interview via email. I assumed the interview would be on Zoom but that was too much to assume. I unexpectedly received a link to Microsoft Teams and I wasn't familiar with the program and I hadn't agreed to use it, etc. I downloaded the program before the interview but it doesn't work well with Macs and it didn't work well during the interview. I ended up having the interview via phone but the experience was really poor and I think it reflected poorly on the law firm to agree to Zoom interviews and then send Microsoft Team links to applicants.

Interview
The interview process is fast and easy and a decision is made quickly. The process is similar to any law firm interview. There is nothing out of the ordinary. Everything is very dependent on area.

Interview
The interview was at least an hour with a test on your computer skills, I finished the test early and it didn't seem hard at all. They asked about my previous history and how it would pertain to the position they were hiring for.
