Sat down with two of the assistants and owner to talk about qualifications. I didn’t really get any engagement from the owner he didn’t acknowledge me when coming in and seemed to be annoyed to be talking to me

The whole process lasted around 30 mins. The overall atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming. I would expect more interest and sensitivity from a small company looking to bring someone into a niche gallery setting.

Interview
There were three interviewers when I entered the room, One of them being the director / founder of the gallery. All three of them asked me questions, however the director was leading the interview. I got the impression the gallery itself is predominantly "ruled" by the male director. The interview lasted for roughly 40 minutes

How often do I watch Anime? Can you provide me all of the past educational transcripts. They also asked me to answer in Japanese as well as asked me to read a Japanese text.
