Email and then virtual Teams interview. Interview was extremely unprofessional. It took everything I had in me to even complete the interview. One person interviewing me wasn't even looking at me, as he was typing on the computer the whole time and just lounging in his office chair. Interviewer struggled to formulate an answer when I asked about the company's work life balance. That was interesting. The male interviewer just wanted to feel superior and had an attitude the entire time. By far the worst interview experience of my lifetime. Towards the end, I'm sure they saw the frustration on my face, but I didn't care at that point. I knew this wasn't the place for me mid interview. As you read this, keep in mind, I have over 20 yrs of experience. I'm not new to this game.
