I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Janicki Industries (Sedro-Woolley, WA) in Nov 2018
Interview
First I met with a woman at their human resources building in Sedro-Woolley. There I had a brief interview with pretty standard questions. Next, they printed me a visitor pass and had me drive out to their facility in Hamilton (another 12 miles or so east). At the door, I had to pick up a phone on the buildings exterior and call the front desk to be buzzed in. Then I met with a guy who gave me some safety glasses and a tour of the place. Afterwards, we sat down somewhere and had another less formal seaming interview.

Question 1
How do you think your previous employer would describe you?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Janicki Industries (Hamilton, WA) in Nov 2018
Interview
I first met with an HR manager in the HR office, and was asked only a few simple questions about my previous job experience. (About 10 minutes) She then directed me to drive to the actual Janicki Plant where parts were made, and then a Manufacturing Engineer toured me through the facility, introduced me to many other employees, talked about the projects Janicki was working on, and asked me some technical questions that one in the position I was interviewing might know. We then sat in a room upstairs and the engineer asked me more directed interview questions. The tour was about an hour, and the interview following that was about 20-30 minutes.
What would you do if you needed to finish a project with collaboration from another team/individual, and you were coming close to the deadline with the other team's/individual's work not done yet?
