Simple phone screen to start. Once I made it to the next round, it was a series of 3 back-to-back 1-hour video interviews. The first was with colleagues on the team to which I was applying, then the product lead for that team, then finally the engineering manager for the team. It was a mix of though-provoking questions and opportunities to demonstrate technical knowledge without relying on code tests, etc.
The process was very fair. I did not receive an offer, but did receive very direct and personal feedback from the engineering manager. They provided specific examples of what prevented them from extending the offer and even guided me to some training resources to improve in those areas.
