It was more of a social conversation than an interview. Interviewer called on Skype and discussed my background, my experiences as a teacher etc. It was very friendly and light.

I was interviewed through email. Whereby I was asked a series of question. Later they asked me to send reference from the previous schools I have taught . Can this be true ??

Interview
Interview was conducted via Skype and only involved one person. It was pretty straightforward and took about half an hour. I had teaching experience in the city I was interviewing for, so a lot of the interview was discussing that.
