Found job on my university's career website. Their website does not have a careers section, so you will have to e-mail them if you want a job there or sign onto your school's website.
I applied for the project engineer job and was contacted by one of their engineers the next day. I came in for an interview the following week or so and was greeted by the engineer who contacted me and one of the three vice presidents. I won't specify for anonymity's sake. This company seems to be a family run company.
The engineer was really friendly and explained everything about the company. Then he asked me to talk about my resume and stuff I did during my academic career. The vice president just stared at me until the end of the interview and asked a couple of questions that seemed irrelevant to engineering.
I only saw the conference room and the waiting room. Both seemed nice, and well kept.
They said the position would involve 90%-95% office work and 5%-10% out in the field.
