Nice managers, they asked about customer service and cashier experience. Met with the general managers and shift lead to talk about scheduling and why I wanted to work there. They asked about handling money, sanitary practices, scheduling, etc.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Jamba (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Outside meeting. Jamba was shifting from corporate to franchise and is why they were mass hiring, because they just cleaned house. Should of told me from the start how this company and experience was going to go.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jamba (Edmond, OK) in Dec 2019
Interview
Its a pretty short process, they mostly ask about what kind of person you are and why you should work for the company. Overall a very good interview experience and an easy interview for anyone that is just looking to get a job and make some money.
