The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jama Software in Nov 2024
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter through LinkedIn. Had a great conversation with the recruiter and followed by the hiring manager. Had a great connection and was told there would be multiple next steps including a mock assignment. I did not make it to the mock assignment but I appreciated a follow up email from the hiring manager on providing feedback what they loved about me and what it was that didn't make them select me. Very transparent.
