During my in-person interview, there were three interviewers who asked questions pertaining to my academic/work experience and my interest in being an immigration paralegal. Be prepared to explain what draws you to this type of work, why you are passionate about it, and what your strengths are (as they pertain to the role). In my case, I didn't have prior immigration law experience, but talked about experiences and knowledge that drew me to this field of work. During the interview, I was also asked to give a response to a question asked in Spanish to demonstrate my fluency. At the end, I had an opportunity to ask the interviewers some questions. The interview was very straight-forward, professional, and friendly. There were no unexpected or "wildcard" questions. You should prepare beforehand, but it's nothing to be afraid of if you're comfortable advocating your skills and interest in the role.
