I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Jacobs (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
Applied online. Received an email response to arrange date/time for interview. After starting the interview the Jacobs interviewer told me it was more of a chat to determine if a formal interview was worthwhile. Unfortunately in this chat the interviewer spent most of the time talking about themselves, their background, how many people they're in charge of, their achievements, their house, their dogs, their holidays and didn't give me much opportunity to speak or seem interested in finding out about me at all. No questions on my CV, qualifications or relevant experience. Yet they somehow decided I wasn't worth a formal interview. I'm a bit baffled by it all. Definitely the most bizarre interview experience I've had.
