      Entry Level-Structural Engineer-Remote Interview

      9 Apr 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Portland, OR
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Portland, OR) in Mar 2022

      Interview

Talked with the structural team lead of the position. First introduced current projects they are working on and the overall setup of the team. Then starts asking questions from my resume. The entire process was really relaxed. There was one behavioral question at the end followed by chances to let candidate to ask questions. During the decision process, recruiter answered follow-up email. Decision takes about 1.5 week. Was surprised because the interviewer mentioned at the end of the interview I nailed the first round but eventually still get rejected...
