Seamless interviewing process but with too any manual processes. That's good enough but can still be improved upon if the management can integrate some advance technology that will help to streamline the hiring process more

Interview
Quick interview. Talk to the CEO. Tell her about yourself and what you did before. If accepted go back and shadow for a day and get hired. Basically looking for out going person who is able to talk to people and connect quickly. If you csn talk and think quickly you are good to go. High turn over rate

Interview
The Recruiter called me and briefly asked about me...the regular "Tell me about Yourself", "Why did you choose our company" and called me for an in-person interview. The interview went well and I got a call back for another round of job shadowing after a few days. I did not attend the final process though because of some other reasons.
