Interview
Screener interview with recruiter from the firm’s Westchester offices. Took 10-15 minutes max, nothing substantive was discussed. Next round was with two partners. They asked all the basic questions (experience, current work environment/workload, interesting cases you have worked on). Entire interview only last 30 minutes or so.

I had an initial screening with one of their talent acquisition reps. It was a really nice chat but I did not move forward in the process given I had limited employment law practice experience

I was interviewed virtually by one person for only about 15 minutes, which, in my opinion, is pointless because it is not enough time to learn anything about anyone. There were several candidates before and after me.

They expect you to have extensive employment law experience, even straight out of law school.
Lots of questions that did not really pertain to the duties of being an associate attorney. Too many people jumping on and off the call which made things difficult. Aggressive questioning
