Interview
The owners are quite approachable- their looking for skills that match and will serve their clientele. They are looking for those with previous tax preparation experience or would like to be trained and receive their licensure. As a manager I had to interview candidates in this fashion.
Standard questions
- Talking about company ethos and prospects for progression within the company. Interviewers were friendly if a bit unprofessional. Would not recommend as a firm based upon my experience in the interview.
Friendly and upbeat. I liked everyone I talked to. Would recommend. Go for it! If you want to. The lunch menu was superb. Getting to 30 words is hard. I like cheese. DO you like cheese?
