Similar experience to what others have shared. Was invited under the guise of what was supposed to be a 1:1 interview, turned out to be an open call. Management sat inside at a high top while a stressed server tried to manage over 40 applicants waiting outside in the rain on top of the 8-10 tables he had sat. I left after waiting for 20 minutes. Complete disregard for the time and energy of their applicants. Offensive.

Invited me in for a floor manager interview. Did not communicate it was an open call. Waited 1.5 hours in line to be seen. When I finally met with two of the interviewers, they explained that the management staff typically starts off as a server first and than gets promoted with time to a management position. I was called in based upon my resume for a floor manager roll. Complete waste of time.
