was very quick and smooth wasn’t too overwhelming, implied on indeed and then got a call to come in for a interview and got hired on the spot after my interview
Casual, very typical. They sit down with you in the restaurant, ask about your experience and why you want to work there. They also throw in a silly question or two as a personality check.

Interview
I had no interview process. I walked into the establishment and chatted with the manager. We talked about my experience and my comfort in the restaurant environment. We also discussed some of the logistics of the job, and my availability.
