JX Enterprises interview questions

Started in May, did video interview with hiring mgr and online questionaire. Had 2nd interview with VP. Very awkward. Could tell the VP (owners daughter) micromanaged the mktg dept and the mgr, who could barely get a word in, was super uncomfortable. Weeks went by, no word. I followed up many times asking for update. Nothing until July. Then no final word. Looks like the promoted from within after all. I dodged a bullet working for this outfit.
