Interview
The interview was one-on-one and conversational in tone. The interviewer asked thoughtful questions about my past experience working on related topics, and why I seeking the mentorship from Randy. It felt more like a deep discussion than a traditional Q&A, and I appreciated how they gave space to reflect on both personal motivations and broader issues in sustainability.
there was an online app with basic questions and one question asking about how. would value a startup and a phone call with one of the lead interns after. Was pretty straight forward and simple
Applied online then received a phone interview within a week. The employer was entremely nice and very professional. There were no case/technical questions only behavioral ones. I would high recommend just giving it a shot.
