Interview Experience – Mixed Bag I had a total of 4 interview rounds, each lasting about an hour. The whole process was horrible. Please read along. Round 1 : focused on product management and scrum-related questions. Some were only relevant. Round 2 : involved guesstimates like "how many petrol pumps in a city?" and open-ended product improvement questions like "how would you improve Google Maps?" The interviewer seemed to be proudy and pretending to be smart. She only wanted to hear what she had in mind. I cleared this round too. Round 3 : WORST EXPERIENCE. The interviewer arrived late, appeared disengaged, and showed an arrogant attitude. Instead of asking domain-relevant questions, he made early judgments about my current company’s product and shut down any attempts to clarify vague case questions. It felt like the round was more about breaking down confidence than evaluating skills. He showed a full trait of being a toxic manager all together. The final round with the US team was refreshing — more conversational and a good "get-to-know-you" session that left me optimistic. I did not heard from them for next 2 weeks. Finally after 15 days, I called HR to followup. She did not picked up either and next day I receive the email of Rejection. I never expected such behavior from reputed organization
