The hiring process starts with a recruiter call, where they screen your background, experience, and salary expectations. If successful, you’ll have an interview with the hiring manager to discuss your design process, problem-solving skills, and team fit. Finally, the portfolio review allows you to present your past work, walk through case studies, and explain your design decisions to a panel that may include designers, PMs, and engineers. If all goes well, the next steps could be a final interview or an offer discussion.
interview process: screening, behavioral with senior designers, and then portfolio presentation. Made it to final round and everyone had their cameras off, the HM was really rude and cut me off early and got a rejection email about 2 hours later.
Interview was smooth. But they took around 2 weeks for sharing the result of final round. Assignment was confusing and i was not sure whom to contact with to get clarity.
