it was an online interview following an online form. they asked around five or seven questions. you were given around 30 seconds to prepare, then around 3 minutes to answer the questions.
2x30 minute online interviews with senior staff and they asked behavioural questions about me and followed up on those questions, there was also a waiting room with other candidates, which was very nice and engaging
