The process was thorough and well-structured, lasting about three weeks. It began with a 30-minute recruiter phone screen, followed by a 1-hour virtual interview with the hiring manager. The final stage was a 2.5-hour panel interview where I met with two senior PMs and gave a short presentation on a sample case study.
