Interview
First there is an online interview with 5-7 questions and then might be selected for first round and second round. Super standard Online interview 7 questions and then selected for the first round. Standard bank interview process
HireVue was straightforward: four one-minute video questions, with one retake allowed per question. Time pressure is real, so prep concise bullet points, speak clearly, and keep energy confident and friendly.
The interview was very quite nice with smooth questions. The technical side included numerical calculations and being able to have a critical and concise way of thinking. Overall I would give it a 8/10
Hirevue process was easy to navigate and great to use. I loved how efficient it worked and how I could complete it well. I recommend other companies to use this as well.
