      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2010

      Interview

I think my interview experience might have been slightly different from most others who were applying for this position. My interviewer had a standard sheet of behavioral/personality questions to work off of, but chose to ignore it completely. He asked a lot of open ended questions about myself, just to get a feel for my work preference and learning style. He was really trying to find out if you were a good fit for the position and vice versa, and NOT trying to sell the position/company to you. By the end of the interview (which was on the long side, 60min) we were talking about things completely irrelevant to the position. It seemed as though we both agreed that the position wasn't exactly right for me, but that I would still be qualified for it if I wanted to pursue the next round. But like I said, this experience might be very different from the one you encounter.

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (New York, NY) in May 2018

      Interview

First round was a video interview that consisted of 5 questions. Basic questions like why JPMorgan, why audit, why do you choose this location and afew other behavioral questions...after about a week I got a call for the superday. My superday consisted of just another candidate and I... we spent the first hour eating lunch and really getting to know eachother and the other 9 audit analysts. After that was 2 back to back interviews. Consisted mostly of behavioral questions. Nothing technical. Then was a case study that we had to show that we work well in a team. Got a call a week later with an offer :)
