I interviewed for this position at two separate branches a total of three times. Twice I was interviewed by the branch manager and assistant branch manager together and once one-on-one by only the branch manager. All questions were behavioral interview questions.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a dissatisfied customer. What did you do and how did it turn out?
The interviewer asks a bunch of situational questions that try to test your critical thinking skills, but it's a challenge especially if you don't have much on the job experience.

Tell me about a time when... you had a difficult customer service experience
Straightforward. Calm. Very congenial. Nice people smart and honest. Would definitely consider working here given the caliber of talent. Quantitative questions werent too difficult. Just some math like addition subtraction multiplication division and quadratic equations.

Interview
It was over the phone. They have you chose a time to set your interview and then you wait for your scheduled time and they will call you. It's a pretty quick interview lasted maybe 20 minutes.

They will ask you how do you handle a difficult customer and what are the steps you'll take in order to resolve it.
