Interview
I applied online and was called within two days to come in for one openening in downtown. The same day I was called to schedule an interview for another opening at another branch. The interviews went wonderfully and I really felt confident about them, however, Human Resources had apparently stepped out prior to BOTH interviews and offered the position to another candidate, so I never really had a shot- though one did say that I made it into the final round, I was one of two candidates. Frustrating that I wasted my time going to both of the interviews ( and gas for that matter)
The interviewer asks a bunch of situational questions that try to test your critical thinking skills, but it's a challenge especially if you don't have much on the job experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when... you had a difficult customer service experience
Straightforward. Calm. Very congenial. Nice people smart and honest. Would definitely consider working here given the caliber of talent. Quantitative questions werent too difficult. Just some math like addition subtraction multiplication division and quadratic equations.

Interview
It was over the phone. They have you chose a time to set your interview and then you wait for your scheduled time and they will call you. It's a pretty quick interview lasted maybe 20 minutes.
