I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JOYNEXT (Dresden) in Apr 2022
Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at JOYNEXT in Apr 2022
Interview
The first interview was an introduction to the company and team structure. I did the same and talked about my background as well. Neutral feelings.
Got invited to the second interview. The technical interview involved general questions. But it was actually good, at least for me.
Pros:
1. The questions involved in both interviews were to check the attitude and approach of a possible hire to problem-solving. This is really important to me as well if I am interviewing someone.
2. The conversations were in a friendly manner.
Cons:
1. Somehow, they were late for both interviews. Not that late though. But it was more than 3+ minutes both times.
2. There were issues with the call connectivity, which I don't think I am responsible for since I have high-speed connectivity.
3. I was asked to turn off the camera along with them, which usually doesn't occur in any interviews, for me. This might have been caused by the connectivity.
But most of these cannot be blamed on the people, it just might be some unfortunate technical issues.
4. Ghosting. They do not reply if they didn't choose to go forward with you. They explicitly said they'll provide the feedback to me on the first interview, which, to this day, I haven't received. On the second interview, they said they'll get back within a week. It has been several weeks since. Even if you reach out to them, radio silence is all you get, so to speak.
For me, not keeping your schedules are a huge red flag and this should be expected from both the candidate and the company as basic decency. Even though I felt good about the whole experience during the process, but was left with a feeling of wasting my time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JOYNEXT (Dresden) in Feb 2022
Interview
Applied online and after a week received an invitation for first interview.
The interview was a panel, one who is just watching the interview and never speaks ( So mysterious).
The general atmosphere is so negative, no smiles shared and anxious talks and no one seems happy at all in life. They ask if about german language skills while it wasn't written in my CV and all of them speaks english. one of them ask directly where are you from? . One of them asked other question and after I answered he made bad sign with his hand which means he didn't like the answer and turned his face to look at the screen not to the camera. His other colleague tried to shift attention away from his attitude and started asking other questions.
They won't get back to you with feedback, so don't be waiting, they ghost candidates with different cultural background than them.

Question 1
Did you work with object oriented programming?
The job they described in the interview is different than the one published and they have totally different system. You think they develop algorithms in the team but actually they don't. They buy software from 3rd party company. and the software mentioned in the job description, they don't used it at all. They just write it for the sake of making the job description look more technically professional but have no idea how to do it.
