Interview
In person interview. Scheduling took place over email. The building elevator from parking and the actual building was a bit awkward to navigate without instruction. Once there, it was easy going. I fumbled when I spoke but the boss is nice and cared more about ability than interviewing skills it seemed which is preferred.
The interview process was quick and clear. They sent an email, we had a phone call, they emailed me for an in person interview which was more of a conversation, and then they emailed me when they went with another candidate. Phone call was thursday, in person interview was friday, and monday i heard back.
