My status was changed to 'invite to interview' on the system, but it took just short of two weeks to receive the invitation, following a screening call with the recruiter, lasting about 30 minutes. At the end of the first interview which was online, I was told that it was a two stage process, which I hadn't been informed of previously, and if I was successful in reaching the second stage, it would be a face to face interview. The first stage interview took 1.5 hours. I was invited to second interview which was face to face on site. This took place exactly a week after the first interview. This interview took another 1.5 hours, plus two hours of driving time to get to and from site. A week later, JLR let me know I was unsuccessful by an automated e-mail, which stated they would not be providing feedback. I contacted the recruiter and have received no response. I spent a significant amount of time preparing for and attending my interviews with JLR, and the fact they aren't willing to provide any feedback is disrespectful to candidates, and the time investment they have made throughout the process.
