You need to pass the exam first and they have technical questions too based on your field. The exam was not easy but not too difficult. Then they will email you if you passed
You have to pass the technical exam first, then undergo the initial interview. Their recruitment team is very positive in tone and energy during the interview. For now, my overall experience is pretty good.
It was smooth, they first ask for TOR and the information sheet. There will be technical exam and interview to follow. The interviewer is nice and not intimidating. Overall experience is great and I heard that JGC Philippines is a great company.
