Interview
I recently interviewed at JD Sports and had a really positive experience. The application process was straightforward, and I was quickly invited to a face-to-face interview. The staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Questions focused on teamwork and customer service. Everything felt well organised, and I received clear communication throughout. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.

Question 1
“Can you give an example of when you worked well as part of a team?”
“How would you deal with an unhappy customer in store?”
From what I can remember, the interview process was very straightforward and did not require multiple rounds, which I appreciated. There were questions pertaining to the actual job duties luckily.
