The interview process was very straightforward. Background, what you would contribute to the team, what kind of qualifications you have. Interviewer was very nice and cordial. It lasted maybe 30 minutes. However, afterwards was very dissapointing. My interview in particular went very well and was told they would be reaching out to me with the next steps. After that I was ghosted, I even tried emailing my interviewer asking about my application status and never received a response. I found it very unprofessional, especially for a highly regarded company. Even a simple "you were not selected." Is better than nothing. Very dissapointing.

The interview was conducted via Microsoft teams digitally. The questions were very straight forward and the interview was smooth and left an overall great impression and experience. Would highly recommend!
