Interview
I applied for the job & they called me back about a month later. I was asked to come in for a group interview. There were 5 of us and the first thing we had to do was build a 3d structure out of blocks. Each person had a turn to look at the picture & then direct the group on how to build it. You only got 10 seconds to look at the picture. We did another activity and then each person was called into her office. I was hired on the spot & start work Tuesday.

Tell me a time when you were overwhelmed with work and how you dealt with it.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Interview
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
