I applied online for a manager position. I was called within a couple week of my application being sent in. At that time I scheduled a phone interview with a recruiter. I passed through that interview and had a second phone interview. After the second phone interview, I had to go to a nearby store to meet with one of the manager for a meet and greet. That manager gave a great recommendation and I was offered a position.
