I saw they were doing drop-in interviews, so I went home and printed out a resume. They looked over my resume then asked a few questions. Then I was basically hired on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JCPenney (Rockaway, NJ)

The interview was very straight forward no thrills or tricks. I interviewed onsite with and HR manager who was very helpful.
After the interview, I was offered the position right after my semester of school ended
