Interview
I applied online through the JCP Careers website. A couple days later, the assistant store manager called me in for an interview. The interview consisted of asking me about my previous work expierence and my availability, and discussing company benefits and all that. After all that, he made a job offer to me on the spot. 2 days later, he called me to let me know that my background check was complete and I could come in for training the next day.

Question 1
The interviewer did not ask any questions except for my expierence and availability.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
The interview process begins with an initial screening to review qualifications and experience. Selected candidates then participate in one or more interviews with the hiring team, which may include behavioral and role-specific questions. Final candidates may be asked to complete an assessment or meet with senior stakeholders before a hiring decision is made. Candidates are kept informed throughout the process.
