Interview was super easy, casual, and was offered on the spot. During the interview I was asked about ideal salary and was able to give exact times of when I could work

I was offered the job immediately in the interview, but i did not get called for the interview for 3 weeks because they lost my application. The interview itself was very easy, and most of it ended up being discussing the managers personal life.
