I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JAM Staffing (Chiswick, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
We were all asked questions about ourselves and what skills were needed. We were then invited to another interview/training session where you had to set up tables learn how to serves drinks etc.
Was a really easy process, just relax and enjoy it. You'll meet a lot of other students and young people, be outgoing but not cocky and they always love someone with a smile on their face.

Interview
Fairly easy, initially invited to a group interview where you have to answer some basic questions. If successful, invited to a training day where you are taught how to set tables, serve, clear etc. If you get the hang of this, you've got the job!
