Communication throughout the process was disappointing. After my first interview, I was told I’d hear back within a week regarding next steps. When I followed up, I was informed the senior manager was on annual leave and would return in around 20 days. After waiting and following up again, I received no response at all. Delays are understandable, but leaving candidates without any update after multiple follow-ups feels unprofessional and disrespectful of their time. Even a brief status update would have been appreciated.
