Waited for my turn and I was interviewed by two branch managers. They Asked the basic questions part of most interviews. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than anything else.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Oct 2018

Online submissions of recorded answers to questions. This made it very difficult to show personality and obviously lacked connection. No feedback for answers and no person to feed off of, left me feeling like the company as a whole wasn't interested.
