Phone call with HR, then in office interview. Interviewed with four people overall, total time spent interviewing was around 2 hours. Received a formal offer via email a few days later.
Nice ppl, walk thru the campus. Good benefits, decent meals. Galley is also very nice. Not sure about career progression. Not able to work from home.not flexible. Maybe it ll change in the future. But will see. Nobody knows what gonna happen
Group interview, no case asked. They ask a bunch of questions about your skills for the position. They are mostly interested in your interest on the financial world and how you can contribute to the operations team.
